    FOUNDER / MANAGING DIRECTOR

    Phil founded Complete Building Solutions to do things differently. With a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering and decades of construction experience, he combines technical expertise with a genuine understanding of what clients need. Phil is hands-on, guiding clients with honest communication and keeping them confident and in control throughout the build.

    HEAD OF OPERATIONS

    With over 30 years in the building industry, Shiva brings a wealth of operational knowledge. He has worked with major organisations including Santander, the NHS, and The Children’s Trust, and is skilled in developing processes and systems that ensure seamless project delivery. A qualified Health & Safety Consultant, Shiva admired CBS’s ambition to build better and joined to help drive that vision forward..

    OFFICE MANAGER

    Becky, our dedicated Office Manager of 15 years, brings a wealth of industry experience and a proven track record of achievements. In her role, Rebecca has optimised daily operations, enhancing efficiency and productivity. Her expertise in office management ensures our organisation runs seamlessly.

    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

    Sarah first came to CBS as a client and, impressed by the experience, later joined the team. From a family with a strong property background, she has a passion for the building industry, marketing, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Her career includes roles at Capital FM, Amazon, IBM, and British Airways, as well as with one of the UK’s fastest-growing SMEs.
