Skilled Labourer

Complete Building Solutions Ltd is a well-established and professionally run building company based in Woking, specialising in high-quality residential extensions and new builds.

Our team of 30+ brings outstanding technical expertise, built on over 20 years’ experience and 400+ projects delivered, with multiple active sites across Surrey and Hampshire. We have a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and professional delivery — and with a full order book, we are continuing to grow.

The Role

  • Surrey & Hampshire (multiple sites)

  • £100–£150 per day (dependent on experience and capability)

  • Full-time

We are looking to recruit reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourers to support our teams across a range of residential projects.

This is a hands-on role working across multiple sites, assisting with day-to-day site operations and supporting trades at all stages of the build. You will be involved in extensions, renovations and new builds, contributing to projects delivered to a high standard.

We run organised, well-managed sites and are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are proactive, and get stuck in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support trades on site across all stages of the build

  • Carry out general labouring duties on residential projects

  • Assist with site setup, organisation, and maintaining clean and safe working areas

  • Load, unload and move materials and equipment

  • Use hand and power tools where required

  • Assist with basic building tasks under supervision

  • Work efficiently and complete tasks to a good standard

  • Adapt to different sites, teams and stages of the project

  • Follow all health & safety requirements at all times

  • Communicate effectively with site managers and team members

  • Be proactive and willing to support all aspects of site work as required

Required Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience working on a construction site

  • Basic understanding of building and site labouring

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools (preferred)

  • Reliable, punctual and able to complete tasks efficiently

  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good awareness of health & safety on site

  • Flexible and willing to travel between multiple sites as required

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
